MORE THAN 60 YEARS OF ROASTING

In 1948, Hajj Moussa Al Rifai opened a small shop on Mazraa Street in Lebanon. The company became known as Alrifai Roastery, and its unique competence in roasting and preparing nuts and snacks has spread around the world ever since. In 2007 nut production was established in Helsingborg, Sweden, where the tradition of great taste and excellent quality lives on.

Our Cashews are sourced strictly from Brazil, Pistachios from the United States, Almonds from Spain, Macadamia from Australia and Peanuts from Argentina. We are passionate about sourcing the nuts directly from farms. The height of the plantations, amount of sun and rein they get, humidity and seasonality all are important factors in delivering the right crop. We control the whole process from start to finish - source, store, roast, mix and pack all our own Nuts.
